Sean Godfrey

Sean brings a wealth of diverse experiences to our team. Originally from Indiana, he now enjoys the desert lifestyle in Scottsdale with his dog, Alfie.

Before joining H5, his journey began on the baseball field. He lived his childhood dream by progressing from a college walk-on to a professional baseball player for the Atlanta Braves, reaching the AA level. Following his playing career, he served as a minor league hitting coach with the Houston Astros. With 15+ years of experience coaching, giving baseball hitting lessons, and a background in personal training, he finds joy serving others and helping them achieve their best. He has also worked as a successful travel nurse recruiter and the Director of Business Development for a wellness startup company.

In his leisure time, he thrives on staying active, spending time with friends, watching movies, and hosting game nights. An interesting talent Sean has is his skill as an amateur barber, which he picked up during college.
