Our uniquely designed and fully arrayed Airbus AS350 B2 cinema aircraft, the “SaberCat1″, is the most optimally equipped aerial filming platform in the industry, specializing in Arizona, the Four Corners region and northern Mexico.
Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, H5 Helicopters is minutes from some of the world’s most exotic and scenic natural wonders. Including the rolling waters of the Colorado River, the red rocks of Sedona, the burning floor of the Painted Desert and the snow-kissed plateaus of the Hopi mesas.
Our facility is conveniently located adjacent to Scottsdale Municipal Airport, just a short distance north of Phoenix’s Sky Harbor International Airport.

Helicopter Cabin
The SaberCat 1 helicopter is a fully customized airborne studio that offers the most comfortable and state-of-the-art environment for your aerial filming needs. Every aspect of the airship has been analyzed to determine and implement the most optimal features for aerial cinematic production.
The SaberCat 1 features the latest in aviation systems incorporating an audio-video console between the crew seats allowing the camera and additional equipment to interface with the aircraft.
Additionally, installed are dual sliding doors and hard points precisely placed in the floor to securely harness a camera person with a hand-held system, the ship is set up for optimal exterior filming on either side of the aircraft.
